We review your objectives and available information, then define the scope, intended outcome, resources and decisions required from you.
The agreement sets out deliverables, acceptance criteria, stages, timing, fees, payment terms, authority and responsibilities.
The partner coordinates the team and monitors execution. You receive updates on completed work, spending, next steps and decisions that need your input.
We agree the reporting format and frequency in advance. Additional work and budget changes require agreement before execution.
We hand over deliverables, documents and operating processes against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Where continued local involvement is needed, we provide operational support under a separately agreed scope.
